Today was the first appointment of many. I met with a nurse today to make it official that I am pregnant. The nurse came back and she confirmed everything!
Our bouncing baby will arrive on or around October 12, 2011.
The next step will happen on Friday, I go in for some lab work. Then on March 3rd we will go in and we'll get to hear the heart beat!! I'm SO very excited for that moment. I remember when I was pregnant with Taylor that when we heard her heart beat for the first time it just made the pregnancy very "real"! I remember exactly what I was even wearing on that day as the tears rolled down my face (I was wearing my Raiders jersey...I believe it may have been the weekend the Chiefs played the Raiders back in 2007 - wow that was a long time ago!)
I'm going to take the whole day off Friday so I can get my lab work done and then we're going to head over to St. Louis to share the amazingly good news with Brian's parents and Grandparents and Mike & Monica!
I pray every single day that this pregnancy is healthy and smooth pregnancy resulting in a very healthy baby!
